Chief Architect

Our client is one of the best online math providers in Vietnam who is searching for a qualified talent to join their firm:

- Assume the role of the top leader in the architecture of the two development processes: top-down projects with enterprise and system-level roadmaps and squad initiatives driven by A/B testing.
- Create designs that satisfy performance, availability, and development velocity goals for 1 million to 5 million high-traffic users in 3 to 5 years that are intrinsically safe, reliable, scalable, modular, and API-centric.
- The Architecture-Driven Development Method should continue to be developed and used (CEP-200). Frameworks, models, design blueprints, patterns, and best practices should be developed, reviewed, and approved.
- Maintain 200 Standardized Business Dimensions in conjunction with business function leaders to hasten process design and metadata maintenance.
- Provide the CEO and Board advise on product and technology strategy, as well as on how to connect technology with short
- and long-term OKRs.
- Create and oversee a system architecture team. Work together with product managers, technical leaders, and functional managers.
- Assist in developing elite, high-performing engineering teams.
- Attend local and international conferences as a representative of company to promote the brand and draw in talent.

Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in IT/Technology or relevant majors. At least 10+ years of work experience in engineering and engineering management experience Extensive experience in software development, database design, network architecture, and other relevant technical areas. Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading technical teams and projects Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
