**MAIN RESPONSIBITIES**
- Assist Colorist in various color approval tasks across production stages.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sourcing, Procurement) and external partners (fabric suppliers, vendors).
- Maintain organized color filing system for submissions, strike offs, bulk production records.
- Input and release color comments on PLM system within set timelines.
- Update approved lab dips to master cards for consistency.
- Dispatch approval records to HK and US offices.
- Support Colorist in managing production colors self-approval.
- Review color in 1st Bulk and Shade Band stages, with approval authority.
- Conduct Spectro readings for color accuracy analysis.
- Ensure artwork version accuracy for Strike Off review.
- Operate Datacolor machine for color reference.
- Check PLM color coordination program alignment.

**REQUIREMENT**
- University Graduate in similar discipline, such as Textile Technology/Chemistry preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant role.
- Basic understanding of color theory, dyeing/printing techniques.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, advanced Excel.
- Must pass Munsell Hue 100 Eye test.
- Occasional travel required.
