Quản lý kho cửa hàng
- Đảm bảo tồn kho tối thiểu của tất cả các hạng mục nguyên vật liệu tại cửa hàng đáp ứng cho vận hành tại địa điểm kinh doanh
- Đề xuất tăng tồn kho dự kiến với các mặt hàng sử dụng thường xuyên
- Thực hiện xuất, nhập, điều chuyển hàng tồn kho hằng ngày theo sự điều động của quản lý khu vực

Giám sát, đôn đốc, quản lý nhân viên
- Đảm bảo nhân viên hoạt động đúng và đầy đủ nội dung công việc
- Giám sát, nhắc nhở nhân viên vi phạm nội quy, ghi nhận lỗi trong trường hợp vị phạm quá nhiều lần
- Đảm bảo sự gắn kết nội bộ

Thường xuyên kiểm tra tài sản, công cụ dụng cụ
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra, bảo quản tài sản của quán. Đề xuất thay thế, sữa chữa với quản lý cấp trên
- Kiểm tra, bảo quản, đề xuất bổ sung công cụ dụng cụ trong trường hợp bị hư hỏng do nguyên nhân khách quan

Đảm bảo về chất lượng dịch vụ tại cửa hàng
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng phục vụ của toàn bộ nhân viên cấp dưới đối với khách hàng
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình bán hàng của công ty
- Thực hiện xử lý, khắc phục tại chỗ các phản ánh của khách hàng trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ tại cửa hàng

- Lương cơ bản: 9tr - 15tr (lương xét theo kinh nghiệm và khả năng đáp ứng công việc) + Thưởng KPIs + Tip share + Thưởng thi đua giữa các cửa hàng

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/Đại Học các ngành kinh tế, quản trị,... hoặc các khoá học đào tạo quản lý thuộc nhóm ngành F&B
- Nam/nữ, tuổi từ 22-27.
- Có kĩ năng giao tiếp tốt (yêu cầu Tiếng Anh giao tiếp)
- Tối thiểu từ 6 tháng đến 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý F&B nói chung và Cocktail Bar nói riêng, nắm vững kiến thức chuyên môn về đồ uống có cồn
- Nhanh nhẹ, cẩn thận, chịu khó, trung thực, có khả năng lãnh đạo, quản lý, đào tạo nhân sự
- Khả năng giao tiếp, hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp tốt.
- Có tính sáng tạo, liên tục đề xuất và cải tiến để phát triển cửa hàng quản lý
- Có khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc, có khả năng làm việc lễ tết, theo yêu cầu công việc phát sinh
