1、Oversee a portfolio of 40 top-performing sellers in the Fashion category, ensuring their continuous growth and success within the platform.
2、Develop and implement strategies to drive month-over-month (MoM) growth for the Fashion category, meeting and exceeding business objectives.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product to align on initiatives that enhance seller performance and customer experience, including but not limit to brand day campaigns, JBP KBP follow-up
4、Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor insights to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation within the Fashion category.
5、Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for sellers, monitoring progress and providing guidance to optimize performance.
6、Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, to understand their needs and address any challenges they may face.

**Job Requirements**
- 【Job Requirements】：
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the Fashion category.
2、Proven track record in managing a portfolio of sellers, achieving consistent MoM growth and delivering on business targets.
3、In-depth understanding of the Fashion industry, including product trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
4、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvements.
5、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
6、Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change, adapting to a fast-paced, VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment.
7、Fluent in English, with additional language skills in major market languages being a plus.
