Junior Surveyor

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- To conduct parts of draft surveys and commodities inspection (wood pellets, agricultural products, liquid products, eg. Vegetable oil, molasses, etc.) according to his assigned work and qualification.
- To ensure the numbers of weight determination are correct.
- To inform colleagues / Managers about the situation regarding safety and health of the workforce.
- To make sure that inspectors and shift leaders do not get themself in dangerous situations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the senior surveyor to make sure that all the inspections/draft surveys are done.
- To work on positions of shift leader.
- To communicate with the Manager or assistant manager directly in case of suspected fraud or mistakes made.
- To train the tally man.
- To take care of the working equipment provided.
- To deliver reports in agreed format (loading report, discharge report, warehouse inspection report,) and within reasonable time frame.
- To complete other duties assigned by Managers.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least college degree in maritime related majors.
- Experiences as sailor, as inspector/surveyor in inspection company, logistics/port operation companies for at least 01 year (Open for fresher).
- Basic English skills is preferable.
- Good understanding of inspection services.

- To be capable of understanding the consequences of the decided actions and reports
