We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our software projects, leading development teams, and mentoring junior developers. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned developer to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**
- Write clean, scalable, and high-performance code, ensuring that all development standards and best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, and DevOps) to deliver solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow their skills.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency across the development team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in both development and production environments.
- Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and frameworks that improve software development processes and product performance.
- Architect and build scalable systems and solutions, taking into consideration performance, security, and maintainability.
- Ensure the quality of code through unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing tools.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies, such as React, Angular, Node.js, or Django.
- Expertise in databases (SQL, NoSQL), data modelling, and query optimization
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and development workflows (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
- Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on delivering quality results on time.
- Forex Experience: Direct experience working with Forex trading systems, brokers, or trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, FIX engines).
