Responsible for the management of the shop in compliance with the company's requirements and policies. 1. Opening Morning Shift tasks:

- Cleaning Cashier ares & manager desk
- Import goods from Suppliers for restaurants that import goods in the morning
- Check Management and check cash funds with team management
- Receive and hand over cash and red invoices from the management
- Support the service with setup and cleaning
- Send revenue reports to the accounting department, membership card information to the CRM
- Submit revenue via bank.
- During sales hours, enter orders according to customer requests delivered by service staff.
- Perform payment operations and write red invoices for customers.
- Submit orders from the bar and kitchen departments to purchasing according to the submitted soft copy.
- Support customer service during peak hours.

2. Opening Afternoon Shift tasks:

- Close the shift and hand over 1st shift revenue to the Restaurant Manager. Continue on shift 2 to perform the work of welcoming guests.
- Submit red invoices and warehouse receipts daily to the accounting department.
- During sales hours, enter orders according to customer requests delivered by service staff.
- Support customer service during peak hours.

3. Closed Shift tasks:

- Close the shift with the restaurant management
- Hand over revenue, safes, and tips to the restaurant management
- Hand over the red invoice to the restaurant management
- Store paperwork and payment bills in a filing cabinet.
- Turn off the computer, lock and seal the cabinets.
