**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Lập kế hoạch và audit việc tuân thủ đúng các quy trình, quy định và tiêu chuẩn do tổ chức ban hành.
- Kiểm tra và cập nhật tài liệu chuyên môn. Duy trì bộ tài liệu đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục các quy trình cốt lõi để đảm bảo duy trì chất lượng và tính hiệu quả trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.
- Phân tích các thông số để tìm ra điểm chênh lệch so với tiêu chuẩn ban đầu.
- Đào tạo và hỗ trợ nhân viên QA chưa có kinh nghiệm về các quy trình, cách thức thực hiện và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học Chính quy loại Khá trở lên, chuyên ngành CNTT/ ĐTVT/ Toán tin/ Kinh tế/... và các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các ngôn ngữ sau: Java hoặc Java Android.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hệ thống backend cho mobile/web.
- Có kinh nghiệm kỹ năng làm việc với các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle...
- Có kiến thức tốt về lập trình web (HTML, Javascript, CSS) hoặc ứng dụng mobile
- Hiểu biết tốt về các quy trình phát triển phần mềm
- TOEIC 550/990 hoặc trình độ tương đương
- Tư duy logic, kỹ năng phân tích và tổng hợp, khả năng giao và truyền đạt tiếp tốt, làm việc theo nhóm tốt.
