MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Be responsible for dealing with guest requirements and responding to their questions for Spa treatments.
- Great and welcome the guest.
- Ensure each guest completes and signs a waiver and health liability form and any health issues are relate or device to therapist.
- Answer all calls within 3 rings using the guest surname at appropriate time throughout conversation.
- Explain the treatment details and products to the guests.
- Enter guest reservation for massage into computer systematically and confirm guest reservation.
- Check and report daily operating product or oil stock to supervisor for ordering.
- Promote retail sales to guest when massage or treatment finished.
- Conduct Spa orientation for guest
- Ensure Spa & Health Club operations are running smoothly (set up as per standard)

Required Skills
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Able to speak, read and write English

Qualifications
- Vocational Certificate

Experience
- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
