**Job description**:

- Phân tích các yêu cầu của đơn vị liên quan đến phần mềm CNTT và đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp nhất với nhu cầu của đơn vị bằng cách sử dụng các tính năng hiện có hoặc tạo ra các chức năng mới của các ứng dụng CNTT, cung cấp giải pháp phân phối và hỗ trợ sau phân phối bằng việc thiết kế, phát triển, thử nghiệm và tối ưu hoá các ứng dụng CNTT.
- Hướng dẫn đồng nghiệp trong đơn vị và ngoài đơn vị về cách thức sử dụng phương pháp Agile để thực thi công việc.

- Dựa trên các yêu cầu trong hoạt động kinh doanh đã được xác nhận, chuẩn bị tài liệu đặc tả yêu cầu hệ thống (SRS), phát triển thiết kế chi tiết và thực thi việc phát triển giải pháp CNTT và kiểm tra từng phần; bảo trì và hỗ trợ Ứng dụng CNTT sau khi hình thành

- Hương dẫn training các thành viên trong team về công nghệ mới, đưa cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu năng hệ thống. review source code

**1. Trình độ Học vấn**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên hoặc có bằng cấp tương đương của các đơn vị đào tạo công nghệ thông tin có tiếng.
- **2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan**
- Kỹ năng thiết kế hệ thống, bao gồm kiến trúc hệ thống và thiết kế phần mềm.
- Kinh nghiệm với thiết kế hệ thống phân tán và microservices.
- Kỹ năng lập trình Java, bao gồm Java SE và Java EE.
- Hiểu biết về các framework và thư viện Java như Spring, Hibernate, JPA.
- Kỹ năng phát triển trên nền tảng Salesforce, bao gồm Apex, Visualforce, và Lightning Components.
- Hiểu biết về Salesforce DX và cách triển khai các ứng dụng trên Salesforce.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, và Marketing Cloud.
- Kiến thức về cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ (SQL) và phi quan hệ (NoSQL).
- Kỹ năng thiết kế và tối ưu hóa cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Hiểu biết về các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu như MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
- Có kiến thức về phát triển ứng dụng web với HTML, CSS, JavaScript và các framework front-end như, React, hoặc Vue.js.
- Hiểu biết về các công nghệ backend và API RESTful.

**3. Các Kinh nghiệm Liên quan**
- Có ít nhất 04 năm kinh nghiệm trong phát triển ứng dụng Backend.
- Kiến thức về các hệ thống CRM và cách chúng hoạt động để quản lý mối quan hệ khách hàng.
- Kinh nghiệm triển khai và tùy chỉnh các giải pháp CRM.
- Hiểu biết về tích hợp CRM với các hệ thống khác.
- Hiểu biết về các dịch vụ đám mây như EC2, S3, Lambda (AWS) hoặc tương đương trên các nền tảng khác.
- Có hiểu biết về các công cụ và quy trình DevOps, bao gồm Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git.
- Có kiến thức về tự động hóa triển khai (CI/CD) và quản lý cấu hình.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các IDE phát triển.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các tool quản lý source code (SVN, Git..), quản lý công việc (Jira..)
- Tiếng anh đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng anh chuyên ngành tốt, giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.
- Kiến thức triển khai dự án với các phương pháp khác nhau như agile, water-fall, Kanban
