Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC software engineers.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the team&039;s success in delivering high
- quality software.

Test Execution:
Conduct performance, security, and scalability testing to identify and address potential issues.
Create/ update test Design specification basing on the requirements
Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non
- functional requirements.

Automation:
Work closely with the development team to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Drive the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency.

Defect Management:
Manage the defect life cycle, from identification to resolution, tracking and reporting defects in a timely manner.
Perform bug reporting using an automated bug tracking system
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address critical issues.

Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Ensure that testing artifacts are up
- to
- date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross
- functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design and development to ensure testability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and highlight any potential risks or issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Having ISTQB certificate is preferred.
Proven experience in a QA/QC leadership role within a software development environment.
Minimum of 5+ years proven testing experience.
Good leadership skills; analytical skills and communication skills
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools (Postman, JMeter or similar tool), and processes.
Having knowledge about SQL: the ability to create fast and efficient database queries, including joining and cross
- referencing cells from several tables.
Speaking, Writing and Reading English is preferred.
Having knowledge about web services.
Good knowledge and Hands
- on experience with automation testing, load testing, usability testing.
