**Manager, Risk Control & Consulting Services**

**What the day will look like**

**Role Overview**:

- Primarily responsible for delivering risk consulting and advisory services and programs to Aon’s external clients, either directly or indirectly
- Responsibilities include identifying current and future client needs, creating and developing unique insights, using intellectual capital and tools to provide client services/solutions, and growing client relationships through promoting Aon’s products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Consulting**
- Consulting and facilitating business partners to understand our risk engineering services and capabilities
- Driving the implementation of risk assessment & auxiliary consulting services to enhance sales and growth strategies, strengthen the business relationship with business partners.
- Preparing and providing clients with comprehensive technical and analytical risk engineering reports including loss estimation, risk quality data analytics and risk improvement advice for insurance purposes.
- Preparing risk report upon request from Aon Global Risk Consulting and/or Aon (Singapore) Broking Center and/or related regional working groups as assigned by Country Leader - Corporate & Specialties.
- Providing technical support on risk assessment and the development of risk underwriting guidelines to brokers to further penetrate & up sell on existing clients through provided risk control services.
- Handling other projects/ initiatives as might be assigned

**Client Ownership**
- Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
- Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.

**Operational Excellence**
- Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform.
- Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- University Degree and above
- At least 05-year experience at Account Management/Client Management role, preferably in Insurance Sector
- Technical/Engineering background is a plus
- Good English command
- Good Negotiation and Presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
