As a marketing specialist for EVO Team, you will possess expertise in marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics, with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. Your creativity, innovation, and ability to analyze data make you a valuable asset to any marketing team, capable of driving brand awareness, generating leads, and optimizing marketing efforts for maximum impact:

- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Assist in collecting marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C marketing, in E-commerce, Banking, FMCG, Retails or relevant fields
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Strong experiences with content on social media (on Facebook, Youtube, etc.) and growth marketing
- Well-organized, detail-oriented energetic and hands-on
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
