**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Collaborate with DevOps, system test engineering, and switch firmware development team gather information and clarify technical details
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, product specifications, and FAQs.
- Format and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner suitable for diverse audiences.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established style guides and documentation standards.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in product features, functionality, or standards.

**_Requirements:_**
- B.Sc./M.S. Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Knowledge of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks is a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office suite, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare
- Experience with version control systems, content management systems (CMS), or documentation collaboration tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Fluency in English - spoken and written.
