- Work with the Product team, Development team, Designers, Marketing and Sale to ideate and build the right solution for both users and customers.
- Define success metric for every feature/product you build. Monitor and evaluate features/product after launch.
- Explore and discover new improvements based on collected data and feedback from users or customers.
- Help developers, testers understand requirements, support them through execution, and make sure that success criteria are measured and the value is delivered.
- Developing and testing hypotheses for new features or current features by creating wireframes, mapping user stories to solving problems and testing that features work as designed.
- Understand product vision and identify problems to tackle any challenges standing in the way of reaching our vision.
- Translate product roadmap into detailed requirements for developing into final product.
- You will NOT manage anybody. This is not a "Manager" position. Every member of the Product team will work independently and report to Product Lead.

**Required Qualifications**
- At least 3 years experience in Product Management in a product company (e-commerce or travel or game company is a plus) with a proven track record of implementing features that advance key mission metrics.
- Problems & Solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Data driven decision maker with strong deep learning and analysis skills (You know how to create a pivot table in Excel).
- Understand UX/UI with a user centric mindset.
- Deep intuition and passion for product.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A doer. Execution beats ideas, 10 out of 10
- Experience creating wireframes or mockups allowing clear collaboration with designers and developers.

- Experience with tracking tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clevertap etc )
