**Job description**:

- Ở vị trí **Senior Full-stack Mobile Developer **tại Dreamerly, bạn được trực tiếp xây dựng các sản phẩm thương mại điện tử và mạng xã hội**.** Dreamerly được thành lập bởi các cựu kỹ sư tại Amazon, TikTok, Quora, và là **startup thứ ba của Việt Nam nhận đầu tư từ Y Combinator**, accelerator từng giúp các công ty như Airbnb, Reddit, Stripe, v.v. khởi nghiệp.
- Sau thời gian phát triển website thương mại điện tử, Dreamerly sẽ đi sâu hơn vào các mảng mobile, social, và gaming. Dreamerly sẽ là nơi bạn được thoả sức thể hiện khả năng suy nghĩ độc lập, trí tò mò, khao khát phục vụ người sử dụng, thay vì phải nghe lệnh từ cấp trên. **Công việc**:

- Xây dựng mobile apps, website hoặc/và phát triển hệ thống backend
- Phối hợp cùng các thành viên trong team engineering, design, và content để thiết kế, lập trình, và duy trì hệ thống code
- Tối ưu (optimize) code và design về performance, stability, và maintainability để tạo ra trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho người dùng
- Tạo lập các animations và transitions gọn, đẹp, hấp dẫn
- Thiết lập các quy trình xử lý dữ liệu và lập trình cho developers

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tò mò về thế giới xung quanh, có lập trường và sáng kiến của riêng mình (chúng tôi sẽ không nhận những người chỉ biết làm việc theo lệnh/yêu cầu của người khác)
- Có tư duy về sản phẩm và người dùng, có khả năng học hỏi nhanh, tháo vát, có tư duy xử lý vấn đề
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm và kỷ luật cao
- 3+ năm kinh nghiệm phát triển mobile app với iOS (Swift/Objective-C) hoặc Android (Kotlin/Java)
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế hệ thống (system design)
- Biết các design patterns cơ bản; ưu tiên các ứng viên có con mắt và tư duy design tốt
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm backend
