Design and implement both short and long-term strategic objectives for the management and maintenance of systems and software.
- Design, establish, and oversee the deployment of end-to-end integrated systems.
- Evaluate existing and emerging system designs, providing recommendations for enhancing or modifying these systems.
- Extend expertise and architectural guidance to assist members within the development team.
- Engage in research on new technologies within systems development. Construct strategies to invest in these systems, aiming to enhance cost efficiency and adaptability.
- Collaborate with departmental heads and end-users to advance the expansion of infrastructure.
- Construct and implement test plans to evaluate the technical performance of the infrastructure. Produce comprehensive reports based on these assessments.
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities and offer guidance on strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Determine the requisite hardware and software specifications for the system under design.

**Requirements**:

- A preferred MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Over 4 years of hands-on experience in a System Architect capacity.
- Proven track record of crafting strategic system architecture strategies.
- Proficiency in devising VMS (Video Management System) and cloud-based system designs.
- Strong command of software evaluation principles and methodologies.
- Sound understanding of core information processing concepts and industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in researching technology trends, standards, and product landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively, even under high-pressure circumstances.
- Previous experience mentoring and leading junior systems engineers.
- Proven capability in identifying, analyzing, and rectifying system issues.
- Proficiency in Business English.
