A Thai company operating in the TIC ((Testing - Inspection - Certification) sector is looking for 01 Office Manager to join our team.
- Manage and coordinate environmental testing laboratory activities, including team management and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and regulations set by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE).
- Act as the company’s representative in dealing with government agencies for company registration and obtaining necessary certifications, ensuring the company complies with relevant legal requirements.
- Lead recruitment, training of personnel, and manage activities related to environmental compliance and environmental impact assessments.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**A. Key Qualifications**

**_ 1. Education and Experience:_**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in environmental testing laboratory work.
- At least 3 years of experience in laboratory management, including overseeing teams and managing resources.

**_2. Technical Knowledge:_**
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with environmental quality testing, including water, air, soil, and others.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, including the accreditation process, particularly with VIMCERS and MONRE.
- Familiarity with the standards and requirements set by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) in Vietnam, especially those related to environmental compliance and reporting.

**_3. Coordination Skills:_**
- Proven ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with governmental bodies and other stakeholders for company registration and obtaining necessary certifications.
- Capable of working efficiently with both local Vietnamese teams and international colleagues.

**_4. Legal and Industry Standards Knowledge:_**
- Understanding of local Vietnamese laws and regulations related to environmental testing laboratories.
- Experience in obtaining and maintaining MONRE certification, ensuring that the laboratory complies with environmental standards set by the Vietnamese government.

**_5. Management Skills:_**
- Ability to manage laboratory resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to plan and resolve issues that arise during testing or laboratory operations.

**_6. Language and Travel Requirements:_**
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with government agencies and international partners.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese is essential for effective communication and coordination with local authorities and staff.
- Ability to travel occasionally between Thailand and Vietnam for knowledge exchange, training, or learning opportunities.

**B. Additional Responsibilities**

**_ 1. Company Registration Coordination:_**
- Act as the company’s representative in liaising with relevant government authorities for the registration of the company in Vietnam.
- Manage the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for company registration.

**_2. ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation:_**
- Lead the team in executing and preparing the required documentation for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation through VIMCERS and MONRE.
- Manage the audit and assessment processes to ensure the laboratory meets all necessary standards.

**_3. Recruitment:_**

**_4. Management of Other Related Business Activities:_**
- Oversee activities related to environmental compliance, environmental impact assessments, and ensuring the company’s operations align with legal requirements, including those set by MONRE and other relevant industry standards.
