- Develop and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using Rust programming language.
- Collaborate with project managers and other developers to define and achieve project goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and ensure high standards of code quality.
- Optimize existing smart contract code for gas efficiency and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in the blockchain space.

Essential Skills
- Expertise in Rust and familiarity with its concurrency features.
- Proficiency in smart contract development and deployment on the Solana network.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with other blockchain platforms like Ethereum, especially in smart contract development using Solidity.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular for dApp interfaces.
- Prior experience with distributed systems or cloud services.

- Experience with blockchain security practices and risk mitigation.
