MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**General**: - Adhered to all regulations and procedures as laid down by the company - To be fully informed on the Naman Resort and it’s services - To attend training, meetings and briefings as required - To complete all given tasks in a timely manner to adhere to operational hours as needed - To contribute to the total guest satisfaction of the hotel Specific: - To organizes the work of staffs - To handles and solves problems - To assists the Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the guest satisfaction standards are implemented and achieving FB monthly and yearly budget as allocated - Assist in effective induction and training program within the department - Maximizing profitability of the outlet by increasing turnover & controlling costs - To supervise and complete further tasks within the department as requested by management - To supervise and coordinate all daily operation in outlet. - To organize and control the work schedule. - To report regularly to the Restaurant Manager concerning daily operation. - Ensure that the Restaurant and staff are prepared for service by means of Checklist - Handles guest’s complaints - Be able to identify problem symptom of associates and solving them - Perform other duties as maybe assigned
