**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Allgrow-labo đang tìm kiếm các lập trình viên Front-end nhiệt huyết, tài năng, có động lực cao, có năng lực sáng tạo và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt dựa trên các nguyên tắc cơ bản về phát triển web.
Chúng tôi chào đón các kỹ sư Front-end có trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng giao diện người dùng mở rộng trên nền tảng Web và Mobile.
Đây là cơ hội để bạn trở thành một Web developer sáng tạo và uy tín tại Việt Nam

Công việc của bạn bao gồm:

- Dựa trên file design (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD,...), tài liệu đặc tả để xây dựng web cho khách hàng Nhật.
- Tạo website HTML/CSS với độ chính xác tuyệt đối (perfect pixel). Đảm bảo website responsive và đúng chuẩn SEO.
- Xây dựng, phát triển, bảo trì các dự án trên nền tảng Wordpress cho khách hàng.
- Làm việc và phối hợp trực tiếp với khách hàng để thực hiện dự án theo đúng yêu cầu và deadline.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế ở vị trí frontend.
- Sử dụng công cụ Git (như GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, ) để quản lý code và làm việc nhóm.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ Adobe như Photoshop, Illustrator, XD,...
- Có kinh nghiệm về HTML, CSS(SCSS), perfect pixel website
- Có kinh nghiệm tự xử lý Responsive và Cross-Browser
- Có kinh nghiệm về Javascript (jQuery, ajax...)
- Có kiến thức về kỹ thuật SEO
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng trang web trong WordPress.
- Hiểu biết tốt về PHP và MySQL.
- Có thể đọc hiểu tiếng anh

- Có hiểu biết nâng cao với Gulp, Webpack, SCSS,...
- Có kinh nghiệm với các framework CSS
- Có kinh nghiệm Typescript
- Có kiến thức về Wordpress core, xây dưng plugin và phân tích database.
- Có kiến thức về server
- Hiểu biết về cấu trúc phát triển Front-end （MVVM・MVP・Flux)
- Kinh nghiệm xây dựng site EC bằng Shopify
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng template engine HTML
- Hiểu biết về cấu trúc CSS (BEM, SMACSS)
- Coding chú ý đến tốc độ hiển thị của Website
- Đã làm quen với Agile là một lợi thế
- Có khả năng tự tìm hiểu và xử lý lỗi.
