**WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE**
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and construction projects within the factory’s facilities
- Schedule and monitor ongoing facility projects to ensure projects are on track & their quality
- Schedule and oversee facility projects to ensure timely progress and quality standards.
- Work closely with the maintenance dept & external vendors to handle urgent repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth factory operation
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers/vendors.
**WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE**
- Background in technical fields such as facilities management, electrical engineering, construction engineering, or a related area.
- Proven experience in facilities management, admin, project coordination, or related roles, **preferably working in a factory or construction company.**:
- Good command of English
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
