**Responsibilities**:

- **Scope & Management Competency**
- Performance agreed process and task of ITS in-country activities.
- Address and report root cause of performance issues (resources, skills, direction, etc.) and work with employees on solutions.
- Provide data to support periodic management reviews.
- **Operations Excellence**
- Meet or exceed metrics across LSPs, local operations KPIs.
- Works across internal DHL organization - Control Tower & Intel Team to identify and remove complexity roadblocks.
- Proficient in transport network and Intel business needs, Partners with related group and team to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Execute implement of new process for various business tactics independently.
- Execute continuous improvement and innovation.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Management**- Able to articulate key messages and communicate with Intel internal & external team members.
- Achieve results in dynamic situations. Drive closure on issues, define the path for future actions.
- Focuses on customer needs, gains their commitment and seeks management/ colleague support to meet it.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year working experience in Logistics operations, Transportation and International Freight management will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English is required (both speaking and writing).
- Computer skills in databases, spreadsheets and word processing for tracking, analyzing, and communicating related data. Ability to input and manipulate data and create reports, as required, in a timely fashion.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Able to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to use good judgment in making decisions, restructuring priorities and adjusting tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Able to execute standards required and rigorously ensure implementation.
- Working experiences in 4PL environment, Program Executive will be an advantage
- General Operational Trade Compliance & Customs Regulations understanding will be an advantage.
