As a rapidly expanding company, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Rookie to support our sales initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and outsourced vendors to generate leads, close deals, and maintain customer relationships. You’ll also assist in executing effective sales strategies to help grow our market presence.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn about our products/services, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
- Assist in identifying and developing new leads and prospects.
- Learn to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance sales performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree holder in Business or any related course.
