**Job summary**
- To introduce cutting edge technologies to HPC including AI solution, you need to adjust company value-added products, both software & hardware that relates to the customers requirement. Most of requirements are mainly provided by public bidding specification from Japanese government agencies/academic institutions. Responsible for verifying a part of bidding requirements, including function testing or performance benchmarking. There are cases that programming/scripting skill would be also needed to fill the gap of software functionality, performance tool tuning, and so on. _

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the requirement written in specification, identify ways to earn points and clarifying effective countermeasures. Public bidding has strict deadlines and no bids will be accepted after the deadline, so be able to plan and act in accordance with these regulations.
- Conduct an investigation and confirmation test building to ensure that the requirements are met before submitting a proposal. Things written in proposal will mostly asking for evidence, you have to gather information from product manuals, actual test results, convincing performance graphs with logical explanation that proposed system will clearly cover requirements. This can be conducted as a team so you will get help from your mentor or team members to study, learn and grow up.
- Although there are various demands, there are some common proposals that can be made, so it is necessary for you to organize them well so that you or team members can respond to many demands efficiently in the future.
- Since this is a field where new technology is generated, you are required to accept the possibility of constantly confronting new things and to improve yourself.

**Requirements**:

- Strong scripting ability on **Linux**based system.
- Logical, strong **analytical thinking & problem finding**skills.
- Basic **computing infrastructure** knowledge and experience
- Computer Architecture **(Memory Hierarchy, Paging, Multicore System, Disk and Device I/O, etc.)**:

- Computer Networking **(OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, DMA etc.)**:

- Excel in **Teamwork**and group members.

**Communication skills**
- Verbal and Written.

**Preferred Skills**
- Container knowledge including fluent operation skills of **Docker**or **Kubernetes**or **Singularity**are plus.
- HPC knowledge and benchmark tool experience**:Linpack, HPL**:

- AI/ML knowledge and benchmark tool experience**:MLPerf**:

- Workload knowledge including fluent operation skills of **Slurm**or **OpenPBS**or **JupyterHub**are plus.
- Parallel file system **Lustre**or **BeeGFS**knowledge and benchmark tool experience**:IOR**or **MDTEST**or **IOZONE**are plus.
- Programming skills**:C/C++, Fortran, Python**:

- Communication skill**:English, Japanese (plus)**

**Education**
- Bachelor Degree in **Engineering Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics** or equivalent

**Languages**
- **Vietnamese**: _Business level (Conversation in the office is Vietnamese mostly) _
- **English**:_Preferred (Daily team meeting between Vietnam/Japan/etc is English)_
