- Establish tax management and standardize procedures to ensure proper dissemination of information and tax compliance among all companies (Wanek and affiliated companies)
- Work with external parties - government and consultants to get the correct tax information and set out guidelines for tax compliance
- Provide tax planning and reviewing various tax returns, ensure correctness and timely submission.
- Study & analyze each subsidiaries' taxable transactions to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
- Check and diagnoses tax compliance of all subsidiaries periodically to prevent from significant tax issue risk
- Support to resolve issues faced by Departments in order to comply with Tax regulations.
- Update new significant changes in tax regulations to Board of Management and Departments.
- Act as conduit with Customs department and support for any related tax issues
- Prepare transfer pricing report, co-ordinate with internal and external parties for the report and be at the forefront of cross-border best practice and compliance

**Technical requirement**
- University graduate in Accounting/ Finance, Economic and other relevant disciplines with more than 4 years of tax or audit experience
- Good logical thinking, ability to work big numerical data, and be able to analyze/understand the underlying issues;
- Demonstrate the ability to present idea effectively in both verbal and writing;
- Work well upstream and downstream, able to network positively
- Good command in English, writing and reading is the must;
- Big 4 or tax consulting background is generally preferred
