**CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Làm việc với các lập trình viên, kỹ sư và người quản lý để xác định các cơ hội cải tiến quy trình, đề xuất sửa đổi hệ thống và đưa ra các chiến lược quản trị dữ liệu.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan trong kinh doanh, vận hành để hiểu các nghiệp vụ, xác định phương pháp phân tích tối ưu.
- Khai thác và phân tích các nguồn dữ liệu quy mô lớn (cả có cấu trúc và không có cấu trúc) để khám phá những hiểu biết sâu sắc, các vấn đề và cơ hội cũng như đề xuất các giải pháp.
- Đảm nhận việc thu thập, tiền xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu.
- Xây dựng, xác thực và triển khai các mô hình học máy và/hoặc học sâu để giải quyết các vấn đề nghiệp vụ kinh doanh, vận hành quan trọng.
- Đề xuất ý tưởng tạo ra những tương tác, trải nghiệm cá nhân hóa tới người dùng/khách hàng trên các kênh (online/offline) ở mọi điểm chạm.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân/Thạc sĩ/Tiến sĩ về chuyên ngành kỹ thuật có liên quan (Toán, Kỹ thuật, Khoa học Máy tính, Thống kê hoặc lĩnh vực tương tự).
- Hiểu rõ về các kỹ thuật và thuật toán Machine learning: k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Tree, Random Forests,...
- Hiểu biết về các mô hình Deep learning như mạng nơ-ron đơn giản, CNN, RNN,...
- Có kinh nghiệm với các bộ công cụ khoa học dữ liệu phổ biến như R, Python, MatLab, v.v.
- Thành thạo với bigdata framework như Hadoop, Spark,...
- Có kinh nghiệm với các công cụ trực quan hóa dữ liệu: ggplot, qplot, matplotlib,...
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Có tư duy "Khách hàng là trọng tâm".
