You will belong to the **Monetization department** that is responsible for optimizing and building great products for the in-house advertising platform. Engineering and management teams of the department unite best talents both in on-line advertising products and in engineering. We have big plans for further system improvements and are implementing new advanced features related to modern advertising infrastructure development, high load systems, and big data processing.

As **Product Manager**, you will identify the problems and opportunities to drive the advertising products at its best performances in terms of advertiser satisfaction and company business goals. The Product Manager is responsible for the full product lifecycle from discovery stage to the business outcome by closely hands-on working with several partners including sales/operation teams, designers, development teams. The Product manager should deeply understand the domain business and stay updated with market insights/trends in order to drive the products in the proper direction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify the product problems and opportunities by leading the product discovery process.
- Provide product requirements for development teams to describe details of the user journey/stories.
- Define key metrics that matter and monitor them closely to identify the opportunities of improvement.
- Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in the most effective way.
- Provide product launch successfully with training, case studies/report, guidance of usage.
- Research by both quantitative and qualitative methods for better product optimization.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Required skills: _
- At least 3 years in Product Management with a proven track record of building products.
- Strong identifying and solving the problems with a high customer-centric mindset.
- Strong data-driven. Comfortable with reading and interpreting big, in-depth data analysis.
- Experience with product design, wireframe tools.
- Stakeholder management and communication including verbally and in written.
- Familiar with the concepts of the quantitative (e.g. A/B testing and its related analysis, survey) and qualitative (e.g. interview, customer feedback) methods.
- Having experiences with any advertising platform and/or familiar with digital marketing technology.
- Nice-to have skills: _
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum product development process;
- Analytical skills to handle with big, raw data set is preferred;
- Technical backgrounds.
