- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:
Someone with proven ability. A software engineer with significant experience and extensive knowledge in at least one technical field. Will be able to work independently and to an excellent standard. Expected to mentor less experienced colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, write and test software from imprecise specifications.
- ** Analyse complex or imprecisely-specified requirements from customers.**:

- ** Write detailed technical specifications for software components, based on domain knowledge and best practice.**:

- Take responsibility for the delivery of components of software within the team.
- Learn new skills (both domain-specific and general software engineering).
- ** Lead and participate in code reviews.**:

- ** Contribute effort estimations to support project planning.**:

- ** Supervise and guide other people's work.**:

- ** Clear communication to all levels including management.**:

- ** Write user documentation for software products.**:

- ** Make technical presentations to professional peers.**:

- ** Be considered as expert in their specialist area.**:

- ** Technology use**:AUTOSAR (Communication / Diagnostic / Memory / Security...), Flash Bootloader, OTA, SOTA, Self-Update SW, MCAL (CAN/ETH/LIN), OSEK, RTOS, CyberSecurity SW/HW w/ HSM, Software Signature and SecureBoot, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Good degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics...)
- ** Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills**:

- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- ** 6 years+ experience as a Software developer**:

- ** Experience in Automotive SW and AUTOSAR**:

- ** Expert knowledge of computer languages**:

- ** Good understanding of SW development processes (Agile, A-SPICE model or similar)**:

- ** Possess a positive **attitude**:

- ** Experience and ability to teach or instruct co-workers**
