- Work closely with our Product Owners and Engineers in trying to make sense of the different problems faced by many groups of users
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints
- Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces
- Test the feasibility of the design by users before implementation
- Contribute to and maintain design systems
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Develop pixel-perfect specs and design documentation, based on product requirements
- Work within existing style guidelines and create a consistent look that aligns with Beincomm's brand
- Analyze data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions
- Lead and grow the product design team. Ensure design output meets consistence

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Must have:

- Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focus (Android, iOS, etc)
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, or related prototyping software
- Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies.
- Very strong attention to detail and consistency in design
- Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions
- Ability to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approach
- Up-to-date with design trends, user experience analysis techniques, and research skills

Nice to have:

- Good time-management skills
- Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage, plan and lead the team well
- Able to think out of the box and eager to design a product that supports the lives of millions of people
