**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**The Senior UX Game Designer will report to the Senior Art Director with duties including**:

- Mentor and train our UX Design team across the region
- Conceptualize, present, and execute your design ideas
- Translate concepts into user wireframes, prototypes, mocks, and flows
- Find creative solutions to precisely communicate information display.
- Actively participate in the game design process
- Perform User Experience research and competitor analyses
- Provide data-driven design
- Deliver design solutions for a variety of projects from core systems to game features to sales merchandising to in-game micro-events
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, artists, product managers, copywriters and other professionals across our global studios
- Create best-practice guides and standards for the team around user experience and information architecture.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Must-have**:

- 5+ years of experience working in User Experience design, preferably in mobile products with a strong portfolio
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma/Sketch, Miro, Jira, Confluence
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills to work with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Ability to identify potential constraints early on to incorporate de-risking into the design early on
- User-centric mindset with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture principles
- Ability to balance both an objective and analytical approach, as well as an intuitively creative approach to experience design problem-solving
- Demonstrated track record of creating high-quality wireframes, mockups & flows and understanding of how to test your designs
- Understanding of key metrics and how creating user experience can help achieve company goals and objectives
- Ability to digest and convey our branding within the user journeys of our app

**Nice-to-have**:

- Degree in relevant fields of psychology, graphic design, human-computer interaction or related
- Passion for games or experience working in a gaming company
- Experienced in Game Design or a related field of expertise
- Knowledgeable about UI principles
- Project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize your work accordingly
- Possess an understanding of software engineering and creative design pipelines; no need to be an experienced programmer at all but exposure to coding is a plus
- Have an understanding of basics around Unity

**Additional Notes**:You may be expected to complete a test as a part of the interviewing procedure.
