KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support other teams in processing orders, entering orders, and managing customer and partner profiles in the system.
- Compose, update, and edit business documents such as bids, quotes, contracts, and other administrative documents.
- Receive and resolve customer feedback related to business operations and production.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues.
- Ensure you're well-prepared for visits to customers' and suppliers' factories in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby areas like Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An as need
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ability to work under high pressure and solve problems with a positive attitude.
- Advanced level of English proficiency, as our work is primarily conducted in English.
- Knowledge of third languages like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or others is beneficial.
- Good at Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Near to District 2 is beneficial.
