**Job description**:
**Avian Solutions** is a dynamic and rapidly growing aviation software startup. We are currently seeking a skilled **Backend Developer** to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

You'll be responsible for: As a **Backend Developer** at **Avian Solutions**, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems. You will work closely with our frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in NodeJS, NestJS, and other relevant technologies will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Key Skills**:

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using **NodeJS and NestJS**.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement data storage solutions with **NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB**.
- Manage caching mechanisms and message queues to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and facilitate debugging.
- Configure and maintain **Nginx** for load balancing and reverse proxying.
- Work on **micro-services** based architectures to build scalable and modular systems.
- Operate within a Linux server environment, performing necessary maintenance and optimization tasks.
- **Maintain a positive, "Can-Do" attitude and collaborate effectively with team members.**:

- **Good English** skills are huge plus
