Laboratory Technician

**Job Overview**:
As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers by creating/conducting testing on lab samples of garment/têxtile, operating all necessary lab equipment and providing accurate and timely reporting of test results.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer test requests with efficient and effective responses.
- Analyze technical information and prepare timely/accurate reports.
- Provide/communicate technical ideas and test results in a clear and organized manner.
- Return physical tested samples and test reports.
- Filing finished lab works.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree holder of têxtile related disciplines is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in lab testing position or têxtile/garments related factory experience.
- Medium level of sewing machine operation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on machines.
- Detail minded, willing to learn new skill, effective communication skills.
- Hard working and work independently.
- Good command in written English, good at English speaking is an advantage.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Microsoft word.
