Nếu bạn có khả năng thiết kế và sẵn lòng học hỏi, tiếp thu kiến thức mới, đây có thể là nơi lý tưởng cho bạn.OVERVIEWAs a motion designer you will be tasked with creating engaging short videos and HTML display ads from assets provided by our clients by adding motion graphics, playful typographic treatments and eye catching transitions while keeping an exceptional sense of pacing and timing. Ability to work as part of a team is a must since you will be working alongside our sound engineers, 3D designers, team leaders and art directors in each project in order to ensure consistency and the highest quality standards. Our typical turnaround time is faster than most other agencies, with projects typically lasting from just afew days to a couple of weeks.As part of the onboarding process you will receive training in different areas to supplement your skills and in order to learn our internal processes. If English is not your biggest strength, we will also provide regular English classes. Once your probation period is over, you will also have a chance to enroll for additional training in design, marketing, 3D, Display ads, and other design related areas at no cost for employees.TỔNG QUAN CÔNG VIỆCLà một nhân viên thiết kế chuyển động, bạn sẽ được giao nhiệm vụ tạo ra những video ngắn hấp dẫn và quảng cáo hiển thị HTML từ asset được cung cấp bởi khách hàng qua việc xử lý chữ và các hiệu ứng chuyển động, đồng thời giữ được sự cân đối trong thời gian và nhịp độ của video. Khả năng làm việc nhóm là quan trọng vì bạn sẽ làm việc cùng các kỹ sư âm thanh, thiếtkế 3D, Team leader và Giám đốc nghệ thuật trong mỗi dự án để đảm bảo tính nhất quán và chất lượng cao nhất. Thời gian hoàn thành dự án của chúng tôi thường nhanh hơn so với hầu hết các công ty khác, với dự án thường kéo dài từ vài ngày đến một vài tuần.Là một phần của quá trình onboarding, bạn sẽ được đào tạo về nhiều mặt khác nhau để bổ sung kỹ năng của mình và học quy trình nội bộ của công ty. Nếu tiếng Anh không phải là điểm mạnh của bạn, chúng tôi cũng sẽ cung cấp các lớp học thêm tiếng Anh. Sau khi kết thúc giai đoạn thử việc, bạn cũng sẽ có cơ hội tham gia vào các buổi đào tạo thêm về thiết kế, marketing, 3D, quảng cáo hiển thị và các lĩnh vực thiết kế khác được cung cấp cho nhân viên.
