The job holder responsible for:
Controlling the accounting, tax and finance of the assigned Subsidiaries/Associates, assisting the Senior Manager to coordinate the activities of Techcombank and the assigned Subsidiaries/Associates. in the field of accounting, tax and finance

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

1. Controlling the Accounting/Tax/Finance of assigned Subsidiaries/Associates
- Reviewing monthly/quarterly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Business Performance Report, Cash Flow Forecast Report) of subsidiaries/affiliated companies. in order to ensure the accuracy of accounting data, detect errors as well as unreasonable points in costs, points of non-compliance with issued laws, norms and regulations, and prevent risks, in particular the risk of fraud
- Reviewing analysis reports on business performance and making general evaluation reports about the assigned company.
- Reviewing periodic value-added tax and corporate income tax reports
- Remind assigned subsidiaries/affiliated companies to send reports to TCB on time for the preparation of consolidated reports and at the same time act as the focal point to provide data of Subsidiaries/affiliated companies upon request.
- Reviewing material transactions and ad-hoc reports at the request of assigned subsidiaries and affiliates to ensure compliance with the State's regulations and the company's internal regulations. TCB in accounting/tax/finance
- Participate in audits of planned companies in terms of accounting, finance, tax and administration and monitor the implementation of recommendations
- Evaluate the work results of the chief accountants of the companies assigned according to the agreed KPIs

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

2. Controlling the planning process, arising revenue/cost of the Subsidiaries/Associates
- Support the Senior Manager in developing projects on standards and efficiency of Financial Management of Subsidiaries/Associates (standardization of public service costs, standards budgeting process, management reporting enhancement project, etc.)
- Developing forms, supporting and checking the development of the annual plan; reviewing and commenting on the Budget as well as the budget adjustments of subsidiaries; and monitor the implementation of the plan
- Monthly, monitoring the cost management of subsidiaries and affiliates through the budget checking tool and the company's accounting apparatus.
- Support the Financial Control Senior manager to review the price setting for services of subsidiaries/affiliated companies to ensure transparency and cost savings for TCB.

3. Building and perfecting the organization and policy system of Accounting/Tax/Finance of Subsidiaries/affiliated companies
- Support the Senior manager in training and guiding new Professionals and Chief Accountants/Accountants of Subsidiaries/Associates in accounting and finance operations.
- Support the Senior manager in managing the human resources of the accounting department of each subsidiary/affiliated company, including recruiting, training and developing human resources.
- Coordinate and support the accounting department at companies to build and continuously improve the processes and policies for accounting and finance at the companies.

4. Acting as a bridge in Accounting/Tax/Finance between Techcombank and its Subsidiaries/Associates
- Support the Senior Manager on complex arising issues related to many Companies at the same time
- Directly/indirectly support assigned Subsidiaries/affiliates to answer questions about Techcombank's accounting/tax/finance/policies
- Support the Senior manager to act as a bridge between the Accounting Departments of the Companies and Techcombank's functional departments such as Tax Consulting, Accounting Policy, Financial Control, Accounting Payment to ensure timely and effective coordination in handling professional business and resolving arising cases

5. Other jobs
- Support other Financial Controllers when needed
- Other tasks as assigned by the Senior manager

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Degree/Professional: University degree majoring in Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Finance
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Fluent in English communication and writing Toeic 550
