The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting service and site management by defining the working packages for the technicians for scheduled services and troubleshooting and monitoring as part of the back-end processing. This role is also responsible for monitoring the appropriate allocation of resources, including technicians, spare parts, and tools in order to maximize wind farm performance through tools/methods such as 52-week country/regional level capacity planning

**Responsibilities**
- Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
- Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
- Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
- Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
- Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
- On time communication to crews an partners is guaranteed
- KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

**Qualification**
- Minimum 2 years. experience maintenance planning in large asset-based environment.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports. Experience liaising with Blue Collar workers.
- Experience in high stress situations in major service planning in maintenance environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Vietnamese

Preferred qualification (Not Mandatory)
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Wind Turbine / Mechanical Engineering / Electricity related background
