We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join the M365 IC3 (Intelligent Conversation and Communications Cloud) Customer Understanding team. The team is responsible for developing a set of analytics on customer product usage, service operation costs and identifications of potential fraud usage. Those analytics are based on big data and AI technologies on large set of data generated from real product usage and service operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain software components for the analytics data pipeline and frontend reporting UX systems.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the software components you develop.
- Participate in code reviews, provide, and receive constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the team's work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions that meet the needs of internal users for the analytics.
- Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices particularly in data-drive analytics and AI in the industry.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of working experience in software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with designing large scale big data pipeline systems.
- Passionate on developing high quality code, and able to deliver clean and effective design to solve complex problems.
- Strong technical leadership in creating clarity and solving complex problems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, is a plus.
- Familiarity with ASP.NET Core stack is a plus.
