Hxm Manager

Manage the overall work of the SAP consultant team (SuccessFactors/HCM module).
- Allocate tasks and assign team members to suitable projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocate them efficiently.
- Collaborate with Account Managers (AM) to create demo materials for clients regarding the product.
- Act as a Project Manager (PM) for certain projects.
- Plan and develop team members' skills and capabilities.
- Monitor the implementation of plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in the HxM field, including team management experience.
- Proficient and experienced in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
- Previous experience as a PM for SAP projects.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong team-building and management skills.
