IT Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:
End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements for open positions. Provide them with advice on recruitment strategy and understanding of the labor market
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- Negotiate, manage offer process

**Talent Database Management**:
**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of equivalent experience in IT industry
- Strong knowledge and solid experience in IT recruitment
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skill
- Flexibility, high responsibility and ability to work independently and under high pressure
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good at English (verbal and written)
