We seek an experienced, detail-oriented **Senior Engineer **to join our startup-growing team. In this position, you will play a vital role in the overall success of our organization by planning, managing, and monitoring engineering functions. You can take care of various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and make any necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Lead Engineer & Architecture. You must have worked on projects earlier, and it must have been a full-stack development deployed on the cloud. Our company is based in Bangalore & Singapore, but all staff are currently working from home. Once life returns to normal, as a modern digital company, we can offer flexible working arrangements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze requirements, design solutions, build tech architecture, write code, debug code, and modify existing software enhancements or develop new product software.
- Mentor junior developers to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently.
- Perform executions against project plans and meet delivery commitments.
- Have good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics, and code reviews.
- Interact with Founders / Managers to define system requirements and necessary modifications and to give status feedback.
- Work in an Agile Development Environment.
- Could you communicate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve the given goal in the timelines?
- Participate in the hiring processes.
- Gets the opportunity to work on Blockchain/token economics

**Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience and knowledge of working on one of the programming languages of JavaScript / React JS / Node JS/ Express JS / Next JS for at least 3-4 years.
- Working knowledge of MySQL & MongoDB.
- Should have good hands-on knowledge of Web server deployments and server configurations.
- Must have worked on Microservices architecture.
- Should have working knowledge of designing, orchestrating, and deploying using Cloud Services.
- Should have experience in Serverless architecture using AWS Cloud Services like WS AMPLIFY, CLOUD FORMATION, SQS, SNS, LAMBDA, IAM, S3, ROUTE53, ALB, API GATEWAY, STEP FUNCTION, ELASTIC SEARCH.
- Ability to mentor junior developers through product design, planning, development, implementation, and product/system testing and quality analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a lead role (minimum 2+ yrs.).
- Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
- Leadership skills are necessary to manage and develop a team.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team with hands-on code.
- Knowledge of Web3, Gaming, Blockchain, and Smart contracts will be added advantage.
