The Business Marketing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and increasing market share with existing customers, meeting annual targets, and ensuring high
- quality customer service through the supervision of the team. This role serves as the first point of escalation for customer queries and problems, and closely monitors volume and KPI to ensure that team performance aligns with budget expectations.- Sales:
Handle RFQs and tenders, and participate in MBR and QBR with customers as needed.
Generate leads and present business proposals to potential customers.
Provide tools and training for the Business Marketing team to deliver quality customer service.
Protect the company&039;s interests by strictly complying with policies and regulations.
Develop and maintain market share with existing customers to meet annual targets.
- Operations:
Make sure that all data is updated promptly to maximize profitability.
Service all customer needs and handle complaints.
Submit regular reports on service quality to higher management.
Manage customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
Communicate operational and commercial needs to overseas colleagues.
- Customer satisfaction:
Gather and analyze results from customer satisfaction surveys and propose solutions as needed.
- Others:
Report to direct superiors as requested.
Making reports to control upper management in English and Japanese.
Manage 04 Sales PICs of Progress management, advice, and support for sales activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education and experience:
Relevant work experience of at least 03 years in Sales.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher from a college or university.
From 02 years of experience in team management.
- Required skills and abilities:
Japanese level N2 or higher is required.

- Working condition & Benefits:
Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday
- Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)

Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
