**N/A**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all process of Manga editing and publishing.
- Work closely with other members of the editing team to develop and refine

Manga works/products.
- Provide guidance on editing and printing; communicate and coordinate within the

team to ensure attractive, consistent visuals, and meet the standards of Manga
adaptations.
- Take responsibility for the editing process to ensure clarity, coherence, grammar,

and overall quality while maintaining the integrity of the original work.
- Manage publication schedules, timing, and budget to ensure timely and

successful publishing.
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and reader

preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, illustrators, and industry experts to

promote collaboration and talent recruitment.

- Passion and deep understanding of the Manga industry, aware of trends and

reader preferences.
- Have experience in the manga editing and publishing position or related

position of Publisher in Chief or Assistant Editor.
- Excellent communication and management skills to effectively collaborate with

illustrators, editors, and team members.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet project

deadlines.
- Have editing and publishing skills, have good attention skills for details and story

structure.
- Good communication in English.
- Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
- Knowledge of software and design tools used in Manga production is a plus (e.g.,

Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
