- Operating the stamping machine
- Design and repair stamping machine molds
- Measure product dimensions with specialized machines
- Improve machines, improve working efficiency
- Product quality check
- Responsible for Sheet metal progressive tool and production. independently
- Troubleshooting Press tool problems

Responsible for Press tool Assembly
- Understand and follow safety working with machines and safely handling heavy tools
- Should possess Hands on experience and knowledge of working on conventional tool room machines
- Ability to understand Engineering drawings, Press tool/Die design, Material specs.
- Good knowledge of CNC process of Toolroom
- EDM, VMC, Wirecut
- Knowledge of CAD software, MS office
- Maintain Toolroom documents and 5S
- Ability to check Die/Press tool parts Hands on measuring instruments
- Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge.
- Should possess good knowledge of Sheetmetal stamping processes and die setup
- Can visit vendors to get Job done, able to effectively communicate vendor

- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Must be self-motivated and a great team worker.
- English: 4 skills
