**About Company**

A Singapore-based startup specializing in software development and systems that automate tasks that require High Accuracy and Sensitivity (HA-HA) simultaneously, supporting multiple industries and occupations including optics, electronics, and automobiles.

**Job overview and responsibility**

As Software Application Engineer, your mission is to help integrate our Robotics and AI products, technologies, and services into our partners’ products.

**Required skills and experiences**
- **Strong English communication.**:

- **2+ years of software development experience** in an Agile environment.
- BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent academic or work experience.
- Intermediate level in Python.
- Product development experience related to IT / embedded system / AI.
- Familiarity with software development tools such as git and shell scripting.
- Some background in algorithmics (complexity) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
- Ability to work at a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Honest, detail-oriented, careful, high sense of responsibility, team player.

**Preferred skills and experiences**
- 5+ years of software development experience in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with professional working process (presentation, document writing, planning, time management).
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
- Solid background in algorithmics (proof of correctness, complexity in time and space) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
- Knowledge of Robotics (kinematics, calibration, motion planning).
- Knowledge of Computer Vision and AI (deep learning framework and tools).
- Basic level of CAD design / electrical design.
- Japanese: Intermediate level or above.
