MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- This position would be in-charge of operator & guest service during night time. He must be experience and able to handle different type of guest situation.
- To maintain per shift an accurate record in the logbook of items and incidents which may be of concern to the management and/or which may require further attentions.
- To coordinate the overall retreat activity and will be dynamic in guest relationships.
- To ensure the overall coordination of the Front office operations and to assist all Department.
- Responsible to ensure that all financial and audit procedures are respected.
- Duty Night coordinator will patrol in the whole hotel several time during the night and check every area
