**Job Description**:

- Hỗ trợ xây dựng các Chính sách và Chương trình OHS
- Tư vấn và hướng dẫn về các chủ đề liên quan đến an toàn khác nhau (Mức độ tiếng ồn, Sử dụng máy móc, v.v.). Tiến hành Đánh giá rủi ro và thực thi các Biện pháp phòng ngừa
- Rà soát các chính sách và biện pháp hiện hành và cập nhật theo quy định của pháp luật
- Kiểm tra Cở sở vật chất và công việc của nNhân viên để xác định vấn đề hoặc sự không phù hợp (ví dụ: không sử dụng thiết bị bảo hộ
- Tiến hành điều tra sự cố/tai nạn, ghi lại và điều tra sự cố để xác định nguyên nhân và xử lý yêu cầu bồi thường cho người lao động
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo về các sự cố và cung cấp thông tin thống kê cho Quản lý cấp trên
- Tham gia các cuộc họp về an toàn hàng ngày và hàng tháng
- Kiểm soát quản lý chức năng của phương tiện, kiểm tra trước khi giao xe, Camera trong cabin & GPS

**Qualifications**:

- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan đến an toàn lao động, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành công nghiệp nặng
- Kiến thức chuyên sâu về pháp luật (ví dụ: OSHA/EPA) và các thủ tục quy trình
- Kinh nghiệm viết báo cáo và chính sách về sức khỏe và an toàn
- Quen thuộc với việc tiến hành phân tích dữ liệu và báo cáo thống kê
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt với khả năng trình bày và giải thích các chủ đề về sức khỏe và an toàn
