OOOLAB is seeking a creative B2B Marketing Designer to join our team.

As a Marketing Designer, you’ll be developing and executing marketing campaigns across marketing channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, and Reddit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, product tours, instructional videos and digital ads.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing content.
- Design landing pages and product tours for our website to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in the design and production of video content for marketing purposes
- Work closely with the content team to ensure designs align with written content and effectively convey key messages

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing design, or a related field
- Experience in a marketing design role.
- Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, + others.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs.

**Part-Time Position (Remote Work is Possible.)**:

- Working hours are flexible and can be agreed on.

**Full-Time Position**
- Working hours: 9:30-18:30 (Monday through Friday) The team works remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays
