The Technical Sales Manager will drive the revenue growth for CNC machining solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The job holder can base either in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi City.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify sales opportunities and potential customers through market research and targeted prospecting, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop effective marketing strategies and initiatives that support sales goals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and necessary training to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives for team members, monitor their progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and Customer Service departments.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and provide valuable insights for the development of new products and services. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant information to the executive team, providing regular updates on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of any customer issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in the metal processing market to stay ahead of the competition

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in related Engineering field such as Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience in the CNC machine field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Working well under pressure.
- Working self-reliantly.
- Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility.
- Team and disciplined working spirits.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Representation of the company in seminars, exhibitions, and congresses
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
