**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 40 - 50 triệu VNĐ)
- Quản lý và tham gia công tác triển khai phần mềm.
- Quản lý thu thập, khảo sát và phân tích các nhu cầu, yêu cầu từ khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
- Đánh giá và nghiên cứu, lập đề xuất, tư vấn các giải pháp cho khách hàng.
- Viết tài liệu mô tả yêu cầu và phân tích thiết kế hệ thống chuyển bộ phận lập trình sửa đổi và pháttriển sản phẩm
- Tiến hành kiểm thử, đánh giá các kết quả các sản phẩm tiếp nhận từ bộ phận lập trình; từ đó đưa racác phản hồi để điều chỉnh, phát triển giải pháp cho khách hàng.
- Ghi nhận và phân tích các yêu cầu cải tiến từ các phòng ban, khách hàng.
- Sửa đổi các báo cáo theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Soạn thảo các hướng dẫn sử dụng sản phẩm/giải pháp cho người dùng.
- Đào tạo và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng phần mềm.
- Giải đáp các thắc mắc cho các bên liên quan.
- Tiếp nhận, giải quyết sự cố trong quá trình triển khai.
- Đánh giá, báo cáo kết quả triển khai theo định kỳ.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo cho nhân viên trong bộ phận, tiến hành kèm cặp-hướng dẫn nhân sự.
- Thực hiện các yêu cầu công việc theo phân công của trưởng bộ phận/quản lý dự án.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc khoa Hệ thống thông tin quản lý các trường khối Kinh tế.
- Am hiểu về Database và cấu trúc dữ liệu.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về các nền tảng ứng dụng, các mô hình hệ thống thông tin
- Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai các giải pháp ERP trong lĩnh vực sản xuất
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm triển khai trên nền tảng Oracle EBS trên phân hệ kế toán - tài chính
